Wide area Novell network, supporting a client server system. Research of Information Technology developments to maintain technical leadership for the bank. Managed a staff of 5. Management of capital expansion projects related to item processing and computer system development.

MANAGER OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT 1994 - Oct 1996 Responsible for planning and management of multiple projects. Corporate representative on national and international standard committees. Drafting of new industry testing standards. Preparation, testing and publication of research data. Production and presentation of reports and publications related to research. Projects include the development of digital image analysis system to solve problems associated with the measurement of material defects. Development of methodology to improve the correlation between accelerated and natural weathering.
